Impressionist exhibition in Sao Paulo.
It's for free!

On the very beginning of August was inaugurated at the Centro Cultural Banco do Brazil - CCBB, the exhibition entitled Paris: Impressionism and Modernity. This is a major international exhibition which attracted over 10 thousand visitors on the first weekend. The exhibition was opened on  August 4th and continued uninterrupted until 22h the next day.

The exhibition features 85 pieces of great exponents of Impressionism, such as Claude Monet, Vincent Van Gogh, Jules Lefebvre, Edouard Manet, Paul Gauguin, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Toulouse-Lautrec, among others. The aim of the exhibition is to present a detailed overview of the Impressionist movement, since it was very significant in Paris during the nineteenth century. The works are from the Musée d'Orsay (one of the most visited in the world and holder of the most important collection of Impressionist art). It worth a visit!
