São Paulo just beat its record of traffic congestion: 735 km

People leaving the city. It looks like everyone had the same idea...

São Paulo surpasses 700 km of slowness for the first time. There is a radio station in Sao Paulo, which organizes an index (Radio SulAmérica Transit / Maplink). The traffic reached 735km at 6 pm today.

The reason is the "Dia das Crianças" (Children's Day), a federal public holiday. Sao Paulo is the biggest city in South America and Southern hemisphere.
