Winter Festival brings soup and wine for a special price in Sao Paulo

Soup and wine are a wonderful choice for the winter cold nights. For this season, this interesting cuisine match receives a special week and becomes the highlight of the Winter Festival's first edition, held in 22 restaurants in town, from tomorrow until August 1st.

The gastronomic festival menu will be served both at lunch and dinner. Among the restaurants it's possible to find Chácara Santa Cecília (phone: 3034-6251), Gabriel (phone: 3063-5400) and PJ Clarke's (phone: 3078-2965).

Especially for this occasion, the recipes were created by chefs of the restaurants. There are many options such as cream of vegetables with homemade vermicelli, the Italian Abruzzi (phone: 3822-2052), and Mamma's soup, made with baby beef, at Templo da Carne (phone: 3288-7045).

At Tantra (phone: 3885-9470), specialized in Asian cuisine, the soup is chicken with lemon and ginger. At Sweet Pimenta (phone: 3168-3479), which besides being a restaurant is also a sweet-shop, the cream cheese is made with apple and sage perfume.

There is one interesting point about this Festival, the price is the same in every restaurant. For a soup and a glass of wine, the customer pays R$ 24 and also receives a bowl signed by the designer Isabella Capet as a gift. Don't miss it!
