Bar Madeleine

Madaleine was opened on July 2009. Addressed on the legendary bohemian suburb Vila Madalena, its name couldn't be different.

Madeleine brings on its proposal a menu that focuses on the preparation of dishes, snacks and pizzas in a wood stove, and a selected musical program, very focused on jazz.

Among the cuisine highlights are: the raw tomato confit (bread with olive oil, burrata and Salumeria) and croute (fillet coated in foie gras, mushrooms and Camembert). The pizzas are prepared on a oval format, and the flavor begins with the dough, which may be wine-red pepper and fennel flavor, among many others.

One of the Madaleine's owner is an architect and did the project of the bar, using the rest of the material left after the rebuilding. The bar has handcrafted furniture inspired on the colonial style. The structure offers a main hall with a large bar, a mezzanine and a balcony landscaping the Vila Madalena suburb. It's a worth visit!
