Disaster pictures of Robert Polidori at Museu da Casa Brasileira




Today starts the photo exhibition of Robert Polidori. It's a collection of 39 images showing tragic pictures of the several cities, including Pripyat e Chernobyl — 15 years after the Nuclear disaster — and pictures of New Orleans just after Katrina's on 2006.
 
The photographer started his carrier during 80's because some young people damaged house of died and elderly people in New York. Robert Polidori photographed the effects of the incident and decided to register violent events around the world.

The Museu da Casa Brasileira (Brazilian House Museum), hosts this exhibition together with Cartier-Bresson and Walker Evans. Check it out!
