Jazz concert of Terence Blanchard in Sao Paulo

Well known by his soundtracks for movies of Spike Lee, such as: Inside Man, Malcolm X and Do the Right Thing, the American trumpeter Terence Blanchard is in São Paulo for three shows.

On September 9th, the musician performs with his band in the traditional Bourbon Street, in Moema. On September 10th the concert will be on the SESC Pompéia. His last presentation will be once more at Bourbon Street on September 11th.

Blanchard will play on two different kind of places and prices and it means that there is no excuse to miss one of his concerts in town. At the Bourbon Street, the ticket costs R$ 120, but on SESC the ticket costs just R$ 30.

As a native New Orleans musician, Blanchard has received three Grammy Awards and several nominations for the Golden Globes and even an Emmy. In Sao Paulo, the concert brings songs of 'Choices', his latest album.

On his band: Brice Winston (tenor sax and soprano), Fabian Almazan (piano), Derrick Hodge (bass) and Kendrick Scott (drums).
