MegaRamp Big Air Skate in Sao Paulo


MegaRamp at Sambódromo do Anhembi in Sao Paulo

Big Air is the brand new modality of Skate board. Developed on USA, it's a ramp that can goes further than 100 meters high. On this September 26th and 27th the biggest structure will be in Sao Paulo. It's 107 meters width x 27 meters height is back to the city one more time.

After the very successful Oi MegaRampa of Sao Paulo last year, MegaRamp is back at it again.

Already done at Anhembi Park it took about one week with twenty workers rotating day and night to erect the huge structure of iron and wood. The contest includes a new MegaRail section not included in last years format.

The Oi MegaRampa official schedule is as follows:

Saturday
  • Semifinal Practice: 10:00am - 12:00pm
  • Semifinal: 12:00pm - 1:30pm
  • MegaBMX Challenge (air): 1:30pm - 2:00pm
  • Final - 50 Foot Gap: 2:00pm - 3:30pm
  • MegaBMX Challenge (best trick): 3:30pm - 4:00pm
  • MegaRail Challenge: 4:00pm - 5:00pm
Sunday
  • Practice: 9:00am - 10:30am
  • MegaBMX Challenge: 10:30am - 11:00am
  • Final - 70 Foot Gap: 11:00am - 12:30pm
